Founded in 2002, Le Peep has long been a favorite breakfast spot in Longmont. Owner Alan Teran, owner of the Boulder Cork restaurant for more than 50 years, sought to fulfill his vision of bringing a laid back, family-friendly breakfast eatery with incredible dishes to Longmont. Le Peep has become a Longmont staple, establishing itself as a place to get delicious food and fast, friendly service in a casual atmosphere.

Today, Le Peep continues to serve fresh, innovative dishes with an emphasis on locally grown and organic ingredients, as well as gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. Located in the Sherman Village Mall, Le Peep’s is convenient with plenty of free parking –  a great place to fuel up before a busy day, enjoy a leisurely meal with family and friends or a table for one. Customers can choose counter seating or a table, and we also offer a private meeting space perfect for up to 30 people, a great spot for a variety of events and get-togethers.
